Maria Griselda Garcia Flores is a Systems Engineer with experience in web development, specializing in modern front-end technologies such as React and Angular. She has worked on high-impact, large-scale projects for global companies like Jalasoft, Globant, and Olympic Channel Services, where performance, scalability, and quality are critical. Beyond her technical career, Griselda is deeply committed to community building and education. She is a Women Techmakers Ambassador, instructor at Jala University, and organizer of developer communities such as GDG Cochabamba and Angular Bolivia. Through mentoring, speaking, and organizing events, she actively works to empower underrepresented groups in tech and to foster knowledge sharing across Latin America and beyond.
