Joanna Otmianowska

I'm a programmer with nearly 10 years of experience. Day to day I try to build my own systems for getting things done, at work and in life, and I've been sharing that journey online for years. I currently work as a staff frontend engineer at Famly, a Danish company building an early childhood platform. As the founder of the "Programuj, dziewczyno!" community I support women in tech, and in my newsletter and podcast I explore working with code, building a personal philosophy, well-being, motherhood, and juggling many roles at once. I'm also building "Hello Elmi", an app that teaches kids the basics of AI. I share thoughts on work, technology, and the moments when the pieces of the puzzle click into place. I believe in learning at your own pace, and that small, everyday habits make the biggest difference. I like asking more questions than I have answers for.
