With a passion for frontend web apps, Ava is excited for the future of the web as a platform to deliver innovation that betters people's everyday lives.

Nouha is the Developer Experience Manager at Prismic. She currently manages a team of developer experience engineers, and spending a lot of time on recruiting and growing her team. This year she'll recruit over 15 people to join her team. Yama is a data scientist at MyPart, an Israeli startup in the music industry, developing algorithms and researching lyrical and musical song features. In her spare time, she gives tech talks at conferences and meetups (Geektime Code, PyData Tel Aviv, IsraelClouds); and mentors a group of developers through their first steps in the data science world as a part of Baot - Israel’s largest community of senior female engineers and computer scientists. Yama has a B.Sc in mathematics and physics from Tel Aviv University where she also expresses her passion for music by playing the saxophone in the TAU Wind Band.

By day, Maarten supports front-end teams at Essent with their Accessibility and Design System challenges. By night, he tinkers with the Web Platform.

I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Masters degree and Vellore Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's degree. I’m a seasoned Silicon Valley professional in the Payments domain with proven engineering expertise for 10+ years. I pioneered the Software Engineering marvel resulting in the increase of user count of products by about 800 times in less than 6 months, generating kick-start revenue of $120k per week during 0 to 1 product growth, tripling the revenue from $5 billion to $14 billion in less than 5 years by getting over the plateau growth, for some of the prominent products in the world like iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, AWS Amplify, Amazon Alexa mobile app, TikTok shop and Oracle backend server supercluster. The by-products of these business results are multifold improvement in Engineering productivity and grooming myriad software professionals for world class companies like Apple, Amazon, Oracle, SanDisk.

Trish Ta is a Staff Developer Shopify with over 9 years of experience working on web applications. She started her career in creating software for data visualization. She is currently working on front-end libraries that empower developers to build cool things on top of Shopify’s platform.

Dmitry is a Microsoft veteran, working for more than 13 years. He started as a Technical Evangelist, and in this role presented on numerous conferences, including twice being on stage with Steve Ballmer. He then worked for 2 years as Senior Software Engineer, helping big European companies to start pilot digital transformation projects based on AI and ML. As Cloud Developer Advocate, Dmitry focuses on creating educational content and working with academic and research institutions. He is also an Associate Professor at MIPT, HSE and MAI in Moscow, a big fan of functional programming and F#, and a maintainer/primary developer of mPyPl library. Dipanjan (DJ) Sarkar is a Data Science Lead at Applied Materials, leading advanced analytics efforts around computer vision, natural language processing and deep learning. He is also a Google Developer Expert in Machine Learning. He has also been recently recognized as one of the Top Ten Data Scientists in India, 2020 by Analytics India Magazine & TechGig. Dipanjan has advised and worked with several startups as well as Fortune 500 companies like Intel and Open Source organizations like Red Hat (now IBM). He primarily works on leveraging data science, machine learning and deep learning to build large- scale intelligent systems and evangelizing data science to the community. Dipanjan is also a published author, having authored several books on R, Python, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Deep Learning.

After working as a science teacher for a few years, Sylvana transitioned into software engineering as a means to provide a quality education to all learners. She began her career as an apprentice at Codecademy and is now a software engineer at the company. During her time at Codecademy, she has gained experience with React, Next.js, and Typescript and has led initiatives like the tech reading club and dev workshops.

Sebastian Witalec is the head of Developer Relations at Weaviate. He loves working on both serious and fun projects, and one day he will use his robot army to conquer the world. He is always happy to learn about new stuff and to pass the knowledge as far as his voice (or the wire) can take him. Sebastian is based in Copenhagen, actively working with various Dev communities across Europe. When not acting techie, he is a massive football fan/player (probably bigger at heart than in skills).

Christian Sparks is a Systems Engineer working at Cloudflare, primarily focused on Builds and Automation for the developer platform. His work ranges across the stack, from front-end to Golang backends, to bleeding edge Workers-based services. Specifically, he works on the customer-facing build systems for the Pages and Workers CI, helping make the process of deploying applications on Cloudflare easier.

Alem Tuzlak is a software engineer and entrepreneur from Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Founder of Code Forge. He builds open-source tooling and products in the TanStack ecosystem and React Router/Remix, and is known for creating developer-focused libraries and devtools that help teams build, debug, and ship faster. He is best known for his work on TanStack AI & TanStack Devtools. Alongside his engineering work, Alem teaches and shares practical insights through workshops, writing, YouTube and community work.

Wowa Effect aka Wowa Barssukov revives the art of creating music with knowledge and analog instruments. His unique tracks originate from a combination of retro synthesizers, drum machines, and samplers. He transcends mood into music, no exact recreation possible when playing live; all sounds originated by hand. His debut performances were underground raves and house parties in 2018. His musical knowledge is based on classical Russian music education. Growing up in Siberia in the ’90s, his childhood was filled with communism, the sense of upheaval, and the upcoming of an underground raver scene. He started his electronic music journey under the name ‘Limpfate’ in 2017 first by creating his tracks with Ableton Live, until growing bored of the unengaging production. He then discovered analog synthesizers and drum machines, which shaped the sound of the electronic music scene in the ’90s, and spent countless hours on mastering the complex devices. This art of performing allows Wowa to explore the vast horizon of electronic music. Therefore his sounds vary from ecstatic electro over the groovy house to deep techno. His tracks take the listeners on journeys through the unknown, full of surprising details. When watching Wowa perform, you will notice a set of blinking lights, cables, and his straight face. When Wowa plays, it’s without exception, live. Wowa now lives in Berlin, close to the pulse of the original German techno scene with its renowned Berghain.
