Albert Franquesa is Chief of Strategy and Board Member at Quality Clouds, the code governance platform for enterprise development teams, founded in 2017. He started as a software developer at IBM in the mid-1990s, then moved through analyst and project management roles at Deutsche Bank and delivery leadership at GFT Group, so he has seen code reach production from both the engineering and the delivery side.
