Alon is a Software Engineering Team Lead at Monday.com with over a decade of experience in the software industry. Prior to joining monday.com, he worked at companies such as at Intel, BrightSource, and MyHeritage, specializing in Frontend development before transitioning to leadership roles in 2020. Alon is passionate about "doing the right things right," combining architectural guidance with empathetic leadership to help his team reach their full potential. He holds a degree in Computer Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and in his spare time, loves to travels the world with his wife and kids, and as a true coffee enthusiast he manages a coffee community and develops shopping aid tools.
