David Saidon

I'm a hands-on engineering leader with 14 years building and scaling AI platforms for customer interactions at very large scale. Most recently I led quality engineering at Meta in London, covering quality, reliability and observability across a family of consumer apps used by billions of people, where I led the design of an end to end agentic system that finds, investigates and fixes production issues. Before Meta I was VP R&D at Servicefriend, an AI customer care platform deployed to more than 20 enterprise customers serving over 100 million end customers, acquired by Meta in 2019. I'm a co-inventor on a granted US patent and hold an MBA in Management of Technology alongside degrees in Computer Science and Economics.
