Static and Runtime Enforcement for Agentic Code
AI agents now write more code than any team can review diff by diff. This talk is a simple way to split the rules your code must never break: static rules you can check without running userland code, and runtime rules that need real execution to verify. You'll leave knowing what to enforce statically, what needs a runtime check, and how to generate both from your own codebase so your standards hold as agents outrun your reviewers.
