Milena Suarez

I'm frontend engineer focus on building accessible design systems at Babbel. I'm passionate about web accessibility and creating software that follows best practices. With a degree in Telematics Engineering and over 10 years of experience as a frontend developer, I've worked with teams around the world to build meaningful digital experiences. In the past, Milena played an active role in the developer community. I organised and gave talks at BogotaJS and helped shape the JavaScript community in Colombia as a co-organizer of JSConf Colombia. When I'm not working, you can find her exploring nature or enjoying a great Anime series.
