Nick Kuilman

Nick is an Engineering Manager at Eye Security, where his teams build the software keeping European enterprises safe from cyber threats. With 13 years in the industry and an MBA that keeps him dangerously close to Product thinking, he's spent his career sitting at the intersection of technical delivery and business impact... and genuinely enjoying it. He believes a manager's most important job is building the environment that builds the engineers. Outside of work, he channels his creativity into photography, with results that are best described as "enthusiastic."
