Beyond Prompting: Agile Assumed Developers Were the Bottleneck. They Aren’t.
Agile was built on a true assumption that is no longer true: developer capacity is the constraint. Sprints, story points, velocity, “protect the engineers.” The whole machine is designed to ration scarce coding time.

Agents broke that. Code got cheap. Software projects still fail, for the same old reason they always did: the work is poorly defined. Once you can generate the app faster than you can agree what it is, product and spec are the bottleneck.

I’ll show the three jobs a real shop needs in that world: coding agents in the IDE, a virtual company of specialist agents with roles and approval gates, and a spec method that refuses to let you skip definition. That last one is BMAD.

Then I’ll install BMAD live and run it: analysis, PRD, validation, party mode. Not a tool parade. A live look at what shipping looks like when you stop optimizing the old bottleneck.
