Yashpreet Bathla
Hello, I'm Yashpreet Bathla, and I'm passionate about exploring the dynamic world of web development, particularly with React. It serves as a guiding light, helping me navigate through the ever-evolving tech landscape. I was a speaker at React Nexus 2024 (https://youtu.be/G2ga9h5U4h8?t=20479).
I've had some incredible experiences working at various companies. At ShareChat, I focused on enhancing websites to be more interactive and user-friendly, akin to transforming them into mobile apps using PWAs (Progressive Web Apps).
One of the highlights of my career was at Amazon, where I contributed to improving an open-source project called CVAT. This project aids developers worldwide in working with computer vision technology, which was truly rewarding.
At Microsoft, I tackled challenging tasks like organizing website layouts and data handling to optimize user experiences. I worked extensively with C# and Blaze UI (views) and contributed to projects involving Kafka ,Databricks and some project in React with Fluent UI.
Transitioning to Yugabyte, I concentrated on optimizing website performance and creating common components using Material UI. At Tessell, I architected in creating demo website from current product UI and ensuring seamless functionality, utilizing mocking API mechanisms for multiple environments with minimal changes. Additionally, I established the network layer using Axios and the OpenAPI generator, while also working on implementing a design system for Tessell.
These experiences have provided valuable insights into React and its potential to enhance websites. I'm eager to continue learning and sharing my knowledge with others, helping them uncover the incredible capabilities of React.
