Laurin Quast is a developer that started exploring GraphQL, by leading the private and later public API development at a start-up. Realizing that there are still many unsolved problems and challenges within the space, he started contributing to famous JavaScript libraries, such as GraphQL Code Generator and GraphQL Tools. Diving deeper and deeper, the transition into becoming a full-time open-source developer at The Guild was inevitable.

He has been in tech since the late 90s and worked with various technologies from .NET to Rails, Elixir and Phoenix, TypeScript and Rust. He and his team advise international teams on architecture, technology choice, process, and developer infrastructure. He is passionate about developing sustainable and reliable products and organizations based on strong foundations. Marco is also the Host of EuroRust, the leading Rust conference in Europe.

Hila Fish is a Senior DevOps Engineer, with 15 years of experience in the tech industry. AWS Community Builder, Hashicorp Ambassador, and an international public speaker who believes the DevOps culture is what drives a company to perform at its best and talks about that and other DevOps/Infrastructure topics at conferences. She carries the vision to enhance and drive business success by taking care of its infrastructure. In her spare time, Hila is a lead singer of a cover band, giving back to the community by co-organizing DevOps-related conferences (Inc. "DevOpsDays TLV" & "StatsCraft" monitoring-focused event), providing mentorship and managing programs in “Baot” (The largest Israeli technical women’s community), and enjoys sharing her passion and knowledge wherever she can, including across diverse technology communities, initiatives and social media.

From an early age, Moritz was fascinated by computers and technology. This passion led him to pursue a degree in IT and while still studying, Moritz met his future co-founder. The duo quickly started the journey of founding their own tech startup in the headless CMS domain: caisy. As the CTO of caisy, Moritz melds his robust background in software development with an entrepreneurial passion. He has one clear mission building the core of his work: to simplify content management for fellow developers.

Santosh is a Principal Engineer at Arcesium, an Open Web advocate, and a former Ambassador at the Interledger Foundation. He is passionate about building things with JavaScript. Santosh was previously a Tech Speaker and a Participation Leader at Mozilla. As a Tech Speaker, He delivered talks on JavaScript, WebVR, Cross-Platform browser extensions, and Devtools in the past. In recognition of his contributions to Mozilla, his name is featured in the about:credits of every shipped Firefox browser.

Andrew is a Staff Engineer at Lyft, where he builds products for Lyft's riders. When it comes to engineering, he's especially passionate about Web performance, machine learning and systems design. When it comes to people, he loves learning about what makes people tick and building high performing teams. Cristóbal Chao is a software engineer, UX specialist and founder of Torii Studio. He crafts frontend systems that are expressive, fast, and rooted in storytelling. His work blends the boundaries of design and engineering—whether he’s animating particles in WebGL, or helping teams scale React apps with soul. Previously, he worked at Google and co-founded multiple creative tech products.

Neciu Dan is the technical co-founder and tech lead of CareerOS, where he spearheads the development, maintenance, and scaling of the main application. Bringing over 12 years of engineering expertise to the table, Dan has a proven track record in the tech industry, having previously served as a Senior Product Engineer at the New York E-commerce brand, AdoreMe, and as a Senior Software Engineer at the food delivery company, Glovo.

As a self-taught web developer, I quickly discovered my love for lightning-fast software - whether it's a website or an app. This passion has sent me on a long journey from fine-tuning websites to exploring the exciting world of Local First Software and peer-to-peer networking. Along the way, I can't help but ponder what our digital will look like, and how we can make it more secure, privacy-focused, and beneficial for humanity. Fredrik is currently a freelance consultant and has been working with and been weirdly fascinated by React Server Rendering for the last 8 years. He is a React Query contributor, has written his own custom server renderer(s), and though he wishes he had time to contribute more actual code to open source than he currently does, his issues, discussions, suggestions and explanations on mostly SSR-related matters litters many corners of GitHub and the wider internet. He lives in Stockholm, Sweden, is a Cognitive Scientist by education and likes brewing beer in his free time, that is, when he isn’t playing Zelda with his kids. Zelda is incidentally also the name of his dog.
