Having worked in technology for what one colleague called "eons in Internet years," his career has been dedicated to improving the user experience. He was an engineering leader for the original HBO GO, led the teams for over a dozen of Discovery's "GO" streaming apps, and once upon a time a Flash evangelist. James is a passionate leader who excels at building and mentoring world-class engineering teams, always happy to "own the gap" between technology and user experience.
