James is a Developer Relations Engineer at Google, where he empowers developers with the transformative power of generative AI and Firebase Studio. Having worked in technology for what one colleague called "eons in Internet years," his career has been dedicated to improving the user experience. He was an engineering leader for the original HBO GO, led the teams for over a dozen of Discovery's "GO" streaming apps, and once upon a time a Flash evangelist.
