Shubh Gawhade

Co-founder and CTO of Fairstay, a prop-tech marketplace that lets renters pay for housing with cash, skills, or both. Before that, I spent three years at Gamitar, Evivve’s multiplayer platform for leadership training, where I led the shift from a single-facilitator product to one serving enterprise clients like Apple, Dell, Deloitte, Netflix, Microsoft, PwC, and Amazon. That migration tripled paid credit purchases and grew transaction volume 550%. At Mythos Labs, I was the sole technical architect on two humanitarian games built with YouTube, UN Women Asia-Pacific, and the Government of Japan, reaching 52,000 students and at-risk women across India, Myanmar, and Thailand. I’ve also co-founded Studio oofDa, written about self-hosted AI architecture for The AI Journal and Silicon Valleys Journal, and build with TypeScript, React, Node.js, AWS, Docker, Redis, SQL, Unity, C#, C++, and Python.
