The core idea: coding agents have made implementation fast and inexpensive, but acceptance remains a human bottleneck. Before any code is generated, user scenarios should therefore be translated into executable end-to-end acceptance tests.
The workflow:
Context → Problem → Specification → User Scenarios → End-to-End Tests → Agent Implementation → Human UAT
There are two points where human judgment is essential:
At the beginning: deciding what to build and why, defining the scope, and making architectural decisions.
At the end: accepting or rejecting the result. A green test suite indicates engineering readiness, but it does not prove that the product delivers value.
