In addition to consulting with teams, I build open-source tools to help developers and organizations integrate AI into their workflows effectively.

Grigorij is an author of Clean Coder (https://github.com/GregorD1A1/Clean-Coder-AI) - a multi-agent framework for autonomous code writing by AI. He used Clean Coder to write most of the code in his startup takzyli.pl, where Grigorij is CTO and co-founder. He is also interested in open-source LLMs and their application in different fields, including robotics. Grigorij built a robot capable of thinking and making coplicated decisions using a local LLM on a Raspberry Pi on his deck. He works with the fine-tuning of open-source models. Grigorij creates educational content on YouTube about AI development and open-source LLMs.

Kritiketan (aka Kittu) is a Managing Consultant at Shine Solutions, and have been building consumer facing applications for a decade. He is passionate about knowledge sharing, developer experience and web development. He believes technology should simplify lives and make them better. He is getting closer to finding the world's best sandwich.

Gil is a Performance Architect at Wix Viewer. For the past eight years, he has been helping build the application that powers Wix websites. As part of the Viewer team, Gil works on making it easy for anyone to create their dream website and for developers to extend the functionality of their Wix websites. With over 10 years of experience in software development, Gil started his career in networking and Linux but always had a passion for web development. For the past four years, he’s been leading the Viewer performance team, working on Wix websites performance and ensuring they load as fast as possible. In his free time, Gil likes working out at the park, playing basketball, and working on his personal projects—many of them built with AI ;)

Karina Ionkina works as a senior software engineer on the Data Visualization team at Bloomberg, which builds and maintains multiple full-stack tools used by the company’s reporters and data visualization developers (see examples of these visuals at https://www.bloomberg.com/graphics). Outside of work, Karina likes to play tennis, paint, and sew. Karina earned her bachelor’s degree in computer science from Hunter College (CUNY).

Sia Karamalegos is a freelance web developer and performance engineer. She's also an international conference speaker, writer, and Google Developer Expert in Web Technologies. She organizes the Eleventy Meetup and co-organizes the PerformanceObserver meetup.

Aside from engineering work, Karen blends education and technology by sharing her experience with the community. Her motto, "I invest in brains" captures her journey from teaching to tech empowerment.

As a software developer with a rich background in successful agile projects, I value constructive, harmonious, and proactive communication. As a Principal Developer Advocate at MongoDB, Karen Huaulmé (pronounced “You-Old-Maid” - but with no d’s) develops and presents applications to help developers unleash their creativity across all aspects of data and technology. Leveraging her past experience as a Solutions Architect for some of MongoDB’s most demanding customers, Karen loves to trigger that “aha” moment in the minds of developers - when they recognize a better path to simplify, enhance, and accelerate their projects in ways they never thought possible. Prior to MongoDB, Karen spent most of her career working with video game developers as a Solutions Architect and Integration Engineer at Nvidia, Amazon and Twitch. In her free time, Karen embarrasses her 2 kids, spoils her dog, and feeds her addiction to adventure travel - not necessarily in that order.

Senna is a Solutions Engineer at GitHub supporting our customers the EMEA MidMarket segment. She has a background in web application, iOS development, and accessibility. Originally working out of the HQ in San Francisco, she’s been working with GitHub customers for three years, passionate about empowering developers and helping organizations as they go through cultural and digital transformations.

Jorrik’s first lines of code were in the days jQuery ruled. That didn’t scare him. Now he has 6+ years of frontend experience using React and Vue during his day job. In the evening and night hours, a lot of fun projects and other libraries passed his ‘git clone’. When not coding he gets his fair share of laughs going to comedy shows.

Engineering Manager in UI Engineering at JP Morgan, Steve works with the core engineering teams creating open source developer tooling and an accessible React component library aimed at streamlining the life of development teams across the bank. Steve has working in JavaScript development focused roles since 2001 from ad agencies to fintech and IE6 through to evergreen Chrome, he is the author of several widely used open source libraries and describes his career as having been lucky enough to follow his hobby and his passion every day for over two decades.

Melanie loves being a software engineer. The infinite loop of bugs, puzzles and learning make of everyday a new adventure. Her specialty and the love of her life is Vue.js, but lately she has been adding Nuxt.js and Node.js to the party. When she is not working as a software engineer at Capgemini, she uses her web development skills to remove micro plastic in the waters of the world. Her goal in this life is to work towards a more sustainable way of life, meaning that her hobbies include sailing the world, documenting underwater micro-life, and picking up trash with podcasts blasting. She is always trying on many different hats: trainer, team lead, community builder, talker, organizer. But the hat that fits best is developer.
