Jeff Schnitter is a Solution Architect at Cortex. He has spent the majority of his career working in build and release engineering, development pipeline automation, developer experience and developer productivity. Prior to joining Cortex, he had stints at IBM, PeopleSoft/Oracle and Workday.

With over 29 years of experience in software development across government and commercial sectors, I've designed and implemented enterprise-class distributed systems and led software development teams in both startups and mature organizations. I run the YouTube channel and Skool.com community Coding the Future With AI, where I teach developers how to harness AI across the entire software development lifecycle. In addition to consulting with teams, I build open-source tools to help developers and organizations integrate AI into their workflows effectively.

Grigorij is an author of Clean Coder (https://github.com/GregorD1A1/Clean-Coder-AI) - a multi-agent framework for autonomous code writing by AI. He used Clean Coder to write most of the code in his startup takzyli.pl, where Grigorij is CTO and co-founder. He is also interested in open-source LLMs and their application in different fields, including robotics. Grigorij built a robot capable of thinking and making coplicated decisions using a local LLM on a Raspberry Pi on his deck. He works with the fine-tuning of open-source models. Grigorij creates educational content on YouTube about AI development and open-source LLMs.

Chris has a background as a web developer. He previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer at a company that used Sentry for error monitoring. Chris liked the product so much that he decided to come work for Sentry and make finding and fixing bugs easier for other developers.

Weslley Araújo is a MySQL2 maintainer and the creator of Poku. He builds and maintains widely adopted supply-chain dependencies in the JavaScript open-source ecosystem. Recognized as a Microsoft MVP, he focuses on developing for developers, sharing knowledge, speaking at events, and inspiring others.

I'm a seasoned Product Manager with over five years of experience in a leading digital media company, where I have overseen the development and scaling of multiple high-traffic news platforms built on React. With an engineering background from a prestigious government college in Delhi, I bridge the gap between technical innovation and business strategy. Oron is a Distinguished Software Engineer at monday.com with over 20 years of experience in software engineering. A graduate of the Mamram unit and Tel Aviv-Jaffa Academic College, he is responsible for R&D-wide architecture, engineering standards, and long-term technical roadmaps — leading complex, high-impact initiatives at the intersection of product and engineering. Currently, Robert Hostlowsky is working as a developer, coach and systems engineer. He published an online video course about developing a full-stack GraphQL application online-course. He loves DevOps culture on modern cloud infrastructure, uses the latest state-of-the-art web technologies, and loves how it plays nicely together at minimum effort and cost. He loves web technologies. Feeling being a part of the developer community he is co-organizing the JSCraftcamp, Munich.

Karina Ionkina works as a senior software engineer on the Data Visualization team at Bloomberg, which builds and maintains multiple full-stack tools used by the company’s reporters and data visualization developers (see examples of these visuals at https://www.bloomberg.com/graphics). Outside of work, Karina likes to play tennis, paint, and sew. Karina earned her bachelor’s degree in computer science from Hunter College (CUNY).

Allison McMillan is a fractional VP of Engineering and Leadership Consultant with over 25 years of design and facilitation experience for gatherings, covering everything from meetings and strategy planning sessions to offsites and conferences. She’s previously held leadership roles at QuotaPath, DEV, and GitHub. Allison has worn many hats in multiple industries as a community builder, managing director, and software engineer. With 13 years in the industry and an MBA that keeps him dangerously close to Product thinking, he's spent his career sitting at the intersection of technical delivery and business impact... and genuinely enjoying it. He believes a manager's most important job is building the environment that builds the engineers. Bob is CEO and co-founder of SeMI Technologies, the business created around the open-source vector search engine Weaviate. Besides SeMI and Weaviate. Bob is a frequent speaker on the topics of open source, digital technology, software business, and creativity. He has spoken at around 100 events on the aforementioned topics in Europe, the US, and Russia.

Andrew is a veteran software leader with two decades of experience across diverse industries, including finance and eCommerce. During his four years as a Principal Software Engineer at Miro, he has driven both infrastructure and product initiatives. He currently leads AI adoption for engineering, product, and design from within the Developer Experience stream. His background also includes three years at Skyscanner, where he helped architect a robust machine learning and personalization platform. Raph Terrier is Head of Developer Experience at Render, where his team owns Developer Relations, technical content, and a growing bet: making cloud infrastructure legible to AI agents, not just humans. He's spent a decade building developer education orgs, most recently as Director of Developer Education at Apollo GraphQL (five years) and before that at Algolia, where he joined as their first Education Engineer and grew to manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, filmmakers, technical writers, and curriculum designers.

I'm a Staff Software Engineer at Uber with ten years of experience in software design and development. My expertise lies in building scalable systems, particularly in areas like Generative AI applications and config-driven automation.

I am a strong full stack developer, and a Ruby on Rails enthusiast. I'm passionate about formalized SDL processes, and clean, well-tested code. Having worked on the monolith that is the Words With Friends backend service at Zynga, I've architected, developed and deployed features that have been used by millions of concurrent users. I'm a huge supporter of University of Toronto, and an Arbor Award recipient. I guest lecture when I can, mentor students through the Alumni Mentorship program, and volunteer at numerous interview prep workshops, panels, and networking events for students.

Nick Teets is a software developer and musician based in Denver. Nick found his passion for connecting people using technology after spending summers in the Sandhills of Nebraska establishing a multimedia journalism nonprofit. Through an interactive website, the project told the stories of the communities of the area with audio, video, photos, and text. This early foray in journalism taught him about the intersection of empathy, technology, and storytelling, and would lead him to a career in frontend software development, creating beautiful and accessible user experiences to connect people across the world.

Roy Tal is a cloud and DevOps enthusiast who loves to build tool that will make infrastructure operations better for everyone. Today he is a team leader and founding team member at Firefly who are helping solve infrastructure drift in large-scale cloud operations. Before that he served as a backend developer at Dome9, building better security practices into cloud operations, that has been acquired by Check Point.

Sia Karamalegos is a freelance web developer and performance engineer. She's also an international conference speaker, writer, and Google Developer Expert in Web Technologies. She organizes the Eleventy Meetup and co-organizes the PerformanceObserver meetup.
