Grigorij is an author of Clean Coder (https://github.com/GregorD1A1/Clean-Coder-AI) - a multi-agent framework for autonomous code writing by AI. He used Clean Coder to write most of the code in his startup takzyli.pl, where Grigorij is CTO and co-founder. He is also interested in open-source LLMs and their application in different fields, including robotics. Grigorij built a robot capable of thinking and making coplicated decisions using a local LLM on a Raspberry Pi on his deck. He works with the fine-tuning of open-source models. Grigorij creates educational content on YouTube about AI development and open-source LLMs.

With over 29 years of experience in software development across government and commercial sectors, I've designed and implemented enterprise-class distributed systems and led software development teams in both startups and mature organizations. I run the YouTube channel and Skool.com community Coding the Future With AI, where I teach developers how to harness AI across the entire software development lifecycle. In addition to consulting with teams, I build open-source tools to help developers and organizations integrate AI into their workflows effectively.

Abeetha Bala is a seasoned Product Leader, with over a decade of expertise in cloud computing, observability, and enterprise software. Over the past several years, she has played a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing Amazon CloudWatch Logs, leading multiple high-impact initiatives for AWS customers worldwide. In addition to her technical leadership, Abeetha is actively involved with TechWomen, a US Dept of State initiative that empowers emerging women leaders in STEM fields worldwide. Through this initiative, she mentors aspiring Emerging Leaders, sharing her technical expertise and experiences to foster diversity and innovation in the tech industry.

Phil is Head of Developer Relations at Deno. With a passion for browser technologies, and the empowering properties of the web, he loves seeking out ingenuity and simplicity, especially in places where over-engineering is common. After 25 years of building web applications for companies such as Google, Apple, Nike, R/GA, and The London Stock Exchange, Phil has worked to challenge traditional technical architectures in favour of simplicity and effectiveness. Phil is co-author of “Modern Web Development on the Jamstack” (O’Reilly, 2019).

Andrew Murphy started his career as a Software Engineer but, after a decade in technology leadership, he decided to focus on teaching the skills that he learnt the hard way. When he moved into leadership there was no support, so he had to make all the mistakes (a lot of them!) and learn from them. His goal is now to make sure that tech leaders don’t have to do things the hard way by providing them with the mindsets and skillsets that can make them happy, confident and effective leaders. His company, Tech Leaders Launchpad, currently focuses specifically on the new and emerging leader space, as that's the place we can have the biggest impact on the students, and the industry.

Hadar is the co-founder and CTO of Myop, a developer-first platform transforming how UI and UX are built, controlled and optimized in production. Hadar brings over 15 years of hands-on development experience and a deep focus on frontend infrastructure. Over the past decade, he’s led engineering teams at some of Israel’s top tech companies. At Wix, Hadar served as an architect and then head of the frontend guild, managing over 700 developers and helping shape the company’s core frontend systems. Prior to that, he held senior R&D leadership roles at Jive Software and Rafael, driving large-scale frontend development across complex products. A Unit 8200 alum, Hadar brings not only technical depth but also a strong understanding of organizational scale, cross-team architecture, and how to evolve legacy systems. Nica Mellifera (She/Her) was a developer for seven years before moving into developer relations. She specializes in containerized workloads, serverless, and public cloud engineering. Nica has long been an advocate for open standards, and has given talks and workshops on OpenTelemetry and Kubernetes architecture.

I've been working as a business and system analyst on a significant amount of projects in different industries: government services, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, energy, EDI, and fintech. And it grants me an outstanding possibility to improve both sides of the process: how it works from a business perspective and how it could be automated or digitalized with IT capabilities.
