Kathryn Middleton is an Engineering Manager on the React team. Kathryn initially discovered web development when she wanted to make her myspace page look cool. She ended up majoring in Computer Science, and quickly became a huge fan of React building features on the Instagram.com team. Outside of programming she loves playing pingpong, teaching spin classes, and going plant shopping.

Chaitanya is a Staff Frontend Engineer at Razorpay, deeply passionate about design systems and frontend architecture. Over the past few years, he has focused on building scalable systems and tooling that empower developers to create consistent, accessible, and efficient UI at scale. He is part of the team that built Blade, Razorpay’s open-source design system, which has received global recognition and was even featured by Figma. Chaitanya is equally passionate about the world of AI and strongly believes that the intersection of AI and design systems will redefine how we build user interfaces. His recent work on BladeAI, an AI-powered “Figma to Code” solution, reflects that vision — aiming to transform design into production-ready code that speaks the same language as real developers and systems do. When he’s not writing code, Chaitanya is either lost in a good fiction book or gaming on his PlayStation.

Arisa is a Frontend and Full Stack Developer who became a DevRel Engineer. She works to help improve DX through technical content creation, building demo apps, contributing to OSS, and talks. Outside of her work, she is a GDE, As ANY podcast co-host, and a GirlCode ambassador. In her private time, she is a longboarder, a snowboarder, a yogi, and an Aikido fighter.

I work with organisations, teams and individuals. I teach, preach and coach. I’m deeply in love with teamwork, empathy, collective intelligence and helping people understand themselves and each other better. These three are my main topics at the moment: 1. Teamwork needs work Team is the most important unit of work. If the team has collective intelligence, it’ll outsmart and outperform heroic geniuses easily. So what are outstanding teams made of? 2. Why don’t they get me? Successful communication, interaction and teamwork require that we understand ourselves and each other. 3. The next most important skill to learn Receiving feedback well is a necessary life skill and the one who can turn feedback into growth will be better off than the rest.

I've been building web apps for 15 years, since my teenage years. I've painfully realised that some of the tools and conventions we take for granted make things much more difficult than they feel they "should" be. We spend most of our time doing stuff over and over again that doesn't really feel related to each individual app (persistence, permissions, shared state). But four years ago, I found out about a new abstraction (CRDTs) and a co-discovered a new way of building apps (local-first). Ever since I've been trying to wrap up this alien new tech in a familiar, ergonomic interface.

Greg Brimble is an experienced Systems Engineer helping to build Cloudflare's Developer Platform. He is primarily focused on Cloudflare Pages & Workers, a platform for developers who want to build full-stack, affordable, and globally scalable applications. He spends a lot of time thinking about the experience for Cloudflare's developers, but also (and maybe more importantly) the experience for their end-users. How can applications, frameworks, and platforms all work together to produce the most performant, most accessible, and most delightful experience for users, regardless of where they are, what device or internet connection they have, or what they're trying to achieve.

Jenn is a multifaceted individual with a passion for technology and a heart for people. Currently, she works as a Developer Advocate for Aiven, where she helps developers harness the power of data infrastructure. Outside of work, Jenn hosts Teach Jenn Tech, about exploring technology. Jenn also hosts a thought-provoking podcast called Sh!t You Don't Want to Talk About, where she fearlessly dives into challenging topics such as mental health, equity, and diversity. Her goal is to create a safe and welcoming space for honest conversations, where people from all backgrounds can feel heard and understood. Jenn's focus is on PostgreSQL and TypeScript and she is always eager to learn and explore new technologies. She thrives on diving deep into complex problems, finding elegant solutions whether she's coding, teaching, or podcasting. Jenn is an advocate for social justice, striving to make the tech industry more equitable and diverse, ensuring everyone has a seat at the table. In all her endeavors, Jenn is a force to be reckoned with, fueled by her love of people and her passion for technology.

Simon is enthusiastic about simplifying the complexities of our interconnected world. He applies this passion as a Lead Developer Relations Engineer at Edge & Node to enable the amazing projects in web3 building exceptional decentralised experiences leveraging The Graph. He joined the blockchain space professionally in 2017 as Head of Front-end/UX at Melonport which is now known as Enzyme Finance, one of the pioneering projects in DeFi and web3 and early adopter of The Graph.

David Mark Clements is the Platform Principal Architect of Pear Runtime by Holepunch. Writing JavaScript since '96, into Node.js from 0.8 (2012). Author, OSS Creator, Teacher, Consultant, Speaker helping to shape the ecosystem. Node Cookbook original and OpenJS Node.js Certifications lead. Patrick is a frontend engineer at Rohea Oy, building the next big sales enablement platform built on Flow, ReScript, React and PHP. He is also core team member of the ReScript programming language, working on the language's tooling infrastructure and documentation website.

Kathleen is a software engineer, designer, and conference speaker, who has deep industry experience that fuels her passion for making apps beautifully accessible. She’s a Color Module Specification Editor for the W3C Design Tokens Community Group. She is the Creative Director for the CXsisters network in her spare time and the best lanterne rouge cyclocrosser you’ll ever meet.

Omar is a graphics programmer working on mapping software currently based in Ithaca, NY. He is the co-creator of a desktop game, Move or Die. He has published over a dozen flash games that have been played millions of times. He loves the the universal accessibility of creating things for the web and enjoys writing computer graphics tutorials to help others create awesome stuff for the web.

Ioana Teleanu is an experienced design leader specializing in AI-powered products. Currently, she is the Lead Product Designer for AI at Miro. Previously, she worked at UiPath on a product called Clipboard AI, which was granted Time Magazine's 'Best Invention of 2023' award. Before that, she contributed to multiple products within UiPath and ING Bank and provided consulting and design services for several early-stage startups worldwide. She's the creator and instructor of one of the most successful courses on AI for Designers, in partnership with the Interaction Design Foundation. As a seasoned design educator, she has launched courses with Domestika as well as her own design bootcamp, all while mentoring and sharing her insights as a designer within her community, UX Goodies. Through the UX Goodies channels, which together have over 300,000 followers, and her podcast, Honest UX Talks, Ioana strives to deliver value to her audience. She focuses on teaching designers how to prepare for the AI revolution and remain competitive in a rapidly changing landscape.

Bradley Farias has been in the Node.js community as a contributor, TC39 as a member, given workshops on Node.js, and worked on OSS projects as well. He is actively interested in pushing programmer experience APIs for developer tools. He is currently invested in security tooling and experiences which involves not just research into attacks but how to make programmers' experience with security more enjoyable.
