Baptiste is the CEO and co-founder of Crisp, a customer messaging platform used by 300 000 companies. I started coding when I was 12, and made many different projects before co-founding Crisp in 2015. Some worked and many failed. I still code a lot and have a full-stack approach, from code, UI, UX, growth hacking to customer support.

I'm a senior full-stack developer with a favorite kid named Security. For over ten years now, I've enjoyed writing clean code, simplifying complex problems, leading feature development, and influencing innovation every day. When I’m not busy with code, you’ll find me talking about application performance, building confidence in code-bases, product architecture, developing organizational culture, and other nerdy dev stuff. Besides all that, I'm a father of two, a hobbyist photographer, lego builder, and food creator.

Bradley Farias has been in the Node.js community as a contributor, TC39 as a member, given workshops on Node.js, and worked on OSS projects as well. He is actively interested in pushing programmer experience APIs for developer tools. He is currently invested in security tooling and experiences which involves not just research into attacks but how to make programmers' experience with security more enjoyable.

Paul has been in the gaming industry for the better part of two decades, and has always been interested in the intersection of game design and new tech. He is CTO / Co-founder of OPGames, an open-source game platform company building tools to help game developers navigate this new landscape called web3. Paul is also the co-founder of Altitude Games, a mobile and blockchain gaming company based in the Philippines. He currently leads the KERNEL Gaming Guild, a community of the most talented individuals in the blockchain space. He has been writing and coding on web3 since 2017, and most of his work can be found online at polats.com.

Kathleen is a software engineer, designer, and conference speaker, who has deep industry experience that fuels her passion for making apps beautifully accessible. She’s a Color Module Specification Editor for the W3C Design Tokens Community Group. She is the Creative Director for the CXsisters network in her spare time and the best lanterne rouge cyclocrosser you’ll ever meet.

I work with organisations, teams and individuals. I teach, preach and coach. I’m deeply in love with teamwork, empathy, collective intelligence and helping people understand themselves and each other better. These three are my main topics at the moment: 1. Teamwork needs work Team is the most important unit of work. If the team has collective intelligence, it’ll outsmart and outperform heroic geniuses easily. So what are outstanding teams made of? 2. Why don’t they get me? Successful communication, interaction and teamwork require that we understand ourselves and each other. 3. The next most important skill to learn Receiving feedback well is a necessary life skill and the one who can turn feedback into growth will be better off than the rest.

Chris is the co-founder and CTO at Knock, a company that helps companies send better notifications to their users. He's an avid Elixirist and an active member of the community, running the popular ElixirTalk podcast and co-organizing the EMPEX conference. In his spare time, he hangs out with his mini-dachshund puppy, Trout, and cycles.

Vladimir works as a software engineer at Datadog, where he builds a tool to secure web applications. He used to be a professional security auditor and a web developer in agencies. He is one of the most active members of the Node.js Security Working Group, where he handles the security of Node.js and its ecosystem. Vladimir is an official Node.js collaborator and his contributions mostly focus in the domain of security and monitoring. He also often give talks and training to software engineers to teach them about application security.

Tyler is the former Director of Community at Elastic and Director of Marketing at Basho. He looks after product management and community and brings two decades of experience in databases, distributed systems, and developer advocacy.

Alexandra Spalato is a DevRel Engineer at Storyblok, specializing in JAMstack & headless architecture. With a background in freelance dev & entrepreneurship, she brings a unique perspective to successful web projects. Alexandra drives progress in tech industry through speaking at conferences & empowering developers.

Nathaniel is a Developer Evangelist at Twilio working to create magical moments for developers with their products. He is a die hard fan of JavaScript, sports, superheroes and mixed martial arts. His life goals are to have Batman's brains, Deadpool's humour, T'Challa's fashion sense, Killmonger's Wokeness, and Thanos' determination! He serves the Javascript community in the UK and the rest of Europe.

Robert is a bioinformatics software engineer who builds interactive web apps for genomics data analysis and visualization. He's the author of the book Level up with WebAssembly.

Taz is the Founder of Guild and long time participant in communities around the world. He has over two decades of software experience ranging from video games & robotic AI to consumer application development, has served as a principal technical management consultant, and is a serial startup founder. When he's not behind his computer, he can be found chasing his cat around the house or being chased by cars around a race track.

Vanessa is a Web Developer. She has an M.Sc in Media Informatics with a focus on Human-Computer-Interaction. Vanessa is the Lead Frontend Developer at Zavvy. She is a co-host of the podcasts expect(Exception), Working Draft, and Ausbaufähig. Vanessa is a Chapter Leader of the Front-end Foxes helping women with their first coding and speaking experiences. She was a member of the JS Kongress Program Committee.
